Be a Volunteer

For more than 40 years, Peter & Paul Community Services has relied on volunteers to help the men and women of our community who are experiencing homelessness.

Your gift of time and talent is vital to our ongoing service to those living in a state of crisis.

We have regular and episodic opportunities for individuals and groups to volunteer on or off site. We can also arrange special projects for large groups. Get involved today and make a positive impact in your community!

Check out our ongoing opportunities below. To learn more, contact our Volunteer Coordinator Kindle Barber at kbarber@ppcsinc.org.

Here are some wonderful ways you can volunteer with Peter & Paul:

  • Collect donations. At school, work, or in your community, you can lead a collection effort.
  • Assemble care kits. Gather supplies and some friends to make portable kits of needed items.
  • Stock the shelter pantry. We feed up to 200 people three times a day! Pantry staples are always welcome.
  • Cook a casserole. Make one or more casseroles on your own schedule and drop them off frozen at our Community Campus.
  • Serve a meal. Spend some time giving back in person by serving lunch or dinner at our resident dining hall.
