Peter & Paul Community Services provides housing and supportive services to those who are homeless, especially those who are living with a mental illness or HIV/AIDS. We offer the following programs.
Emergency Shelter
Our Soulard Shelter is the agency’s emergency shelter, serving up to 60 men nightly. LEARN MORE
Meals Program
20 days a month volunteers provide, prepare and serve 150 – 200 meals for individuals and families in the St. Louis area. LEARN MORE
Transitional Housing
The agency’s Positive Directions program provides housing and day services to men and women who are homeless and living with HIV/AIDS. PPCS’ Benedict Joseph Labre Center serves men who are homeless and living with a severe mental illness. LEARN MORE
Supportive Housing
Recently opened by PPCS in 2014, the Garfield Place Apartments presents clients with a permanent place to stay while also providing supportive services, including a nurse, occupational therapist, and educational classes on topics such as financial literacy and healthy eating. LEARN MORE
Arts & Athletics
Through sports for social change and the community collabARTive art program, agency clients engage in activities that build life skills, friendships, and self-esteem. The St. Louis Roadies is St. Louis’ first homeless soccer team. Players compete in local, regional, national, and international tournaments. At PPCS’ Community CollabARTive, participants engage the St. Louis community through the creation of art. LEARN MORE
