NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC OF RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VI

Peter & Paul Community Services posts Title VI notices on our agency’s website, in public areas of our agency, and on our buses and/or paratransit vehicles.

Peter & Paul Community Services operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

For more information on Peter & Paul Community Services’ Title VI program and the procedures to file a complaint, contact the Chief Operating Officer at 314-588-7111 or visit our administrative office at 2612 Wyoming Street, St. Louis, MO 63118.

If you believe you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by Peter & Paul Community Services, you may file a Title VI complaint by completing, signing, and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form.

HOW TO FILE A TITLE VI COMPLAINT WITH PETER & PAUL COMMUNITY SERVICES:

  1. Download a Complaint form or contact the Chief Operating Officer at 314-588-7111.
  2. In addition to the complaint process at Peter & Paul Community Services, complaints may be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Region 7, 901 Locust Street #404, Kansas City, MO 64106.
  3. Complaints must be filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence and should contain as much detailed information about the alleged discrimination as possible.
  4. The form must be signed and dated, and include your contact information.

ADA

NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC OF RIGHTS UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Peter & Paul Community Services posts ADA notices on our agency’s website, in public areas of our agency, and on our buses and/or paratransit vehicles.

It is the intent of Peter & Paul Community Services to provide transportation services to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.

For more information on Peter & Paul Community Services’ ADA program and the procedures to file a complaint, contact the Chief Operating Officer at 314-588-7111 or visit our administrative office at 2612 Wyoming Street, St. Louis, MO 63118.
